The holder at any time may require in writing for Amarin to review, modify, delete and/or update your Personal Information, in accordance with the procedure provided for that purpose by the PDPA.

The right of access to the data may be exercised free of charge by the interested party to the extent that the corresponding information is requested at intervals of not less than 6 (six) months, unless a legitimate interest is accredited for that purpose, in accordance with section 14 subsection 3 of the PDPA.

If Personal Information is incorrect, or should be updated and / or deleted, Amarin will correct, update and / or delete that information at the request of the Holder at no cost, as provided in art. 16 of the PDPA. For this, the Owner must send an email to: amarin.technologies@amarintech.com.ar detailing your name, ID number, your request and reasons for exercising your right. Once submitting the required details and if they correspond to the order, Amarin will communicate to the holder if it has proceeded to implement it or if it rejects the order. Amarin will have 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the request to send a response in the case of a request for access, and 5 (five) business days if the owner requests the correction, update or deletion of your Personal Information.
